Biography

Peggy De Prins  holds a PhD in social sciences. Her research interest is positioned within HRM and  crosses the boarders of labour sociology and positive organizational behavior, i.e. engagement, job design,   social performance, sustainable HRM. Context variables  of her research are often:  nonprofit and social profit organizations, professionals, … . Her teaching activities includes courses on sustainable HRM, organizational behavior, labour sociology, … in different programs at the AMS and the University of Antwerp.
