Peggy De Prins holds a Ph.D in Social Sciences from the Catholic University of Leuven. She currently does research and teaches in the field of HRM, organizational behavior and labor sociology at Antwerp Management School and the Faculty of Applied Economics at the University of Antwerp. Her research interest crosses the boarders of labor sociology, HRM, organizational behavior and sustainability, i.e. sustainable HRM, quality of work, employee engagement, positive organizational behavior, etc.

She is Academic Director of the Master in HRM (junior master program) and co-creator and Academic Director of the executive program “Sustainable HRM”.
