Sustainable Offices in Brussels
In light of obtaining the degree 'Master of Real Estate Management', two MRE students analysed the effect of sustainability on the value of the Brussels office market from a commercial perspective.
The study focusses on the impact of the sustainability performance of office buildings on the different underlying value drivers that determine the otal worth of these buildings and was done under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Van Straelen. Read more.
