Topic on Wednesday December 2: Taming a Wicked Problem. Do’s and don’ts in crisis Management.
With the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in full swing, many executives are like fire-fighters with their agenda’s being driven by noncontrollable events; how to get back on top of things? How do you make the right decisions based on partial or no information? In terms of crisis management, what can we learn from the first wave, or from previous crisis events? And how do you communicate with your clients, suppliers, and your own staff?
In this interactive session, Bart Cambré & Hugo Marynissen will share some new and refreshing insights on crisis management, and will for sure challenge one or more of your mental models on this topic.
