Peter is a visiting professor for business in emerging markets, strategy, governance & sustainability at Antwerp Management School and the University of Antwerp and an adjunct professor for corporate governance, ethical leadership, and business & risk management in Asian merging markets at the Melbourne Business School and University of Melbourne. He travels back and forth between Belgium and Australia, while residing in Bali with his family.
Peter is managing director of Verhezen & Associates Ltd, a consultancy firm that specializes in Board Advisory focusing on sustainability, integrated risk management and corporate governance, with a focus on Asian emerging markets. He also collaborates with International Finance Corporation (IFC) – World Bank Group as a senior advisor addressing corporate governance issues in the Asia Pacific region.
