Inspiration sessions – Growth management for SMEs with ambition

February 1, 2018 – Antwerp
February 8, 2018 – Ghent

The registrations for these inspiration sessions are closed.

If your SME wants to grow, that is simple. Or isn’t it? Because growing in an increasingly complex world is not as simple as it seems. It is something you have to manage, and for which you have to find a stable balance between internal and external growth.

How do you begin? Which factors do you have to take into account? How can you manage growth? And how do you handle possible growing pains? During our inspiration sessions ‘Growth management for SMEs’, we will go deeper into this issue.

Our guest speaker Omar Mohout, renowned author and keynote speaker for entrepreneurship, growh hacking and other technology, will frame the area of tension between internal and external growth. For this, Omar starts from the extensive knowledge he has put into words in his books (a.o. ‘Lean Pricing’, ‘From idea to product/market fit’, ‘99 reasons startups fail’).

Expect a passionate speech which will undoubtedly be an effective breeding ground to build on!
