LinC consists of several learning tracks. The main track are the ‘labs’ (laboratories): two-day seminars focused on generating and creating new knowledge, inspiration and insights together. We also stimulate thinking outside the box and breaking through traditional approaches and scenarios. During a period of one year, eight labs will be organized.<
During this year, participants will also work in small teams (Flemish-Dutch) on practice-based challenges and problems. These so-called ‘interventures’ (a combination of the words adventures, interventions and inventions) aim at enriching, optimizing and implementing the acquired knowledge and expertise.
Furthermore, the program aims at enhancing personal leadership. In this ‘track of reflection’ you zoom in on your own personal questions regarding leadership, organization and career path. You’ll broaden your self-insights as leverage for effective and authentic leadership. This track consists of four individual sessions with an experienced coach, supplemented by an intake and techniques such as 360-degree feedback and fly-on-the-wall observation.
Finally, there is a ‘free space’ component, in which we offer you a number of training modules on the basics of leadership: financial management, strategic human resource management in the cultural sector, change management, authorship, PR/Lobby and storytelling. In this component, we also include a personal budget that you can use for an individual learning or development need (e.g. a personal training on presentation techniques).
