Program
The Master in Finance is taught in English and runs from September 9, 2024 to August 29, 2025 on our campus at Boogkeers 5, 2000 Antwerp. The graduation ceremony will take place at the end of June, but should you fail to pass your master's thesis, you can make a second attempt by August.
The total cost of this master's program is €18.500 and includes the use of all student facilities at Antwerp Management School, transportation and accommodation (excl. drinks & food) of the (international) excursions and the workbook Global Leadership. Further costs for teaching materials and living expenses (residency, visas, food, leisure activities, travel expenses, etc. in Antwerp) are not included.
Depending on your study background, the admissions committee may require you to take thean online Pre-Master Course as part of your application process. You will be given about 8 weeks to study the various modules and then take the exam. Your results decide whether you will be admitted to the program. This way, AMS ensures that all Finance students – even those with a non-business or non-economic background with the same foundation, and we reduce the chance of people falling behind.
If you have obtained CFA level 1, you do not need to study our online Pre-Master Course , since 90% of the quantitative skills required by the CFA Institute are also covered in this course.
Antwerp Management School provides financial assistance in the form of partial scholarships to full-time master's program applicants who excel academically and face financial constraints.
In addition, our partner organization Prodigy Finance offers various types of student loans to international students (of 150 nationalities).
German students can apply for study loans online year-round through Deutsche Bildung. A one-time payment, annual, semi-annual or monthly payments guarantee a fully flexible financing plan of almost all courses and subjects in Germany and abroad.
