Your future prospects
The job opportunities after the Master in Management are as varied as the personalities of our students themselves, although there are a few positions and sectors where they are most often employed:
- In recent years, 16% of our alumni chose a management consulting position as their first job after college. Those profiles are closely followed by 14% who chose a position in general management and 13% in sales representation and account management.
- But the skills and knowledge with which our alumni enter the field extends beyond the expected management positions. For example, many went on to work as engineers, HR consultants, marketers or chose legal positions.
- Because of the general value nature of the program, the sectors where you can get started with this degree are legion. This is confirmed by the wide variety of industries where our alumni end up: consumer goods, information technology, pharma, construction, logistics, recruiting, finance, etc.
On average, alumni of the Master in Management find jobs within 3 months. This is due in part to the tools and advice provided by our career center to help you identify your job opportunities and dreams, build your network and hone your interview skills.
- Throughout the year you can participate in several workshops on job application and interview techniques.
- We visit and host several companies for a guest lecture, which helps to expand your network and get to know the work field.
- We organize 2 job fairs where you can meet potential employers.
- We will connect you with our experienced alumni (local and global), with some of the most influential HR communities and with our personal career coaches.
Your job search is a central theme from the beginning of the master's program.
