Master Class Real Estate Calculation & Valuation

The classes take place on Friday afternoons from 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. (occasionally a full day from 9 a.m. until 5.30pm) and Saturday morning from 9am to 12.30pm. A detailed program with the lesson dates will be provided to the participant upon registration.

In these courses you learn to make financial calculations and to work out valuations, using financial calculation techniques and statistics. Attention is paid to ethical aspects (cf. RICS norms and standards).

After attending the Real Estate Calculation masterclass:

• You can apply financial calculation techniques via Microsoft Excel in various real estate issues.
• You can interpret underlying financial concepts and build your own calculation models independently.
• You can perform and explain return calculations on real estate.

After following the Real Estate Valuation masterclass:

• You can carry out and assess the valuation of real estate objects and projects in an integrated manner.
• You can carry out and implement feasibility studies and estimation assignments in Excel in a well-founded manner.
• You are able to value real estate projects taking into account uncertainty factors.
• You can provide honest and expert advice on real estate investments.
• You are able to analyze and assess the quality of a valuation.
