Wij ontwikkelen en implementeren mee transformatieprogramma's waarbij we diverse types acties combineren om de doelstellingen van jouw organisatie te bereiken. We kunnen transformatieprogramma's ontwerpen op basis van specifiek onderzoek, interviews met stakeholders, interne casestudies of simulaties. Eens het ontwerp op punt staat, rollen we het programma uit via bijvoorbeeld workshops met verschillende stakeholders, specifieke modules en lezingen voor bepaalde groepen van medewerkers en het coachen en opleiden van veranderingsmanagers in jouw organisatie door interne experten.

Together with our Learning & Development Advisor, we co-create the ideal learning trajectory for your employees. We do this by matching the specific needs of your company with the strong learning modules from our innovative masterclasses for professionals.
So whether you are looking for a development track for your high potentials, talent management, or experts tracks in topics such as logistics or the public sector: you can find it at the AMS Academy.
Assign learning credits
Every learning module is assigned a number of learning credits, depending on complexity and length. If your organization joins the AMS Academy, you get a package of learning credits. You can use these credits over a period of 36 consecutive months and design development tracks for individuals or teams within your organization.
Would you like to change track along the way? No problem. With AMS Academy, you subscribe to a learning streaming service, as it were, allowing you to create and recreate personalized ‘playlists’ in line with your interests
and preferences.
Pick your level
All our learning modules come with an indication of the course and management level. The course level indicates how much prior knowledge you need, while the management level refers to your current position or the position in your organization you want to achieve.
