Wellbeing impact

After the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been an explosion of well-being initiatives in the business world. At the same time, the figures regarding work-related stress, burnout, and long-term illness in Flanders remain alarmingly high. In this episode, Barbara Verhaegen (Elia) and Jeroen De Man (De Groote De Man) discuss how they address employee well-being in their organizations. Their insights are complemented by Kathleen Vangronsvelt (AMS) and Sander Van Laere (PwC).
