Admission procedure
Every year we only accept a limited amount of candidates. We advise you to start the noncommittal application process as soon as possible. There are the steps to take:
- Step 1: Start your application. Create a profile and fill in the non-binding online application form. Attach the requested documents.
- Step 2: We will send you a link to assess your analytical thinking and reasoning skills.
- Step 3:When the online test results are completed, you will be invited for a 30-minute admission interview, either in person or by video call. This interview is led by the Program Director and/or Academic Director and consists of a discussion about your ambition and motivation to complete the Executive Master.
- Step 4: Based upon a positive application dossier you will be offered a place in the program and If your candidacy is accepted, you will receive a link to finalize your enrollment.
Step 1 to 3 are free of charge and non-committal.
Finance & funding
The tuition fee for the 2025 – 2027 Executive Master in Digital Leadership & Transformation is € 31.500 (VAT exempt) for 2 academic years. (Prices are VAT-exempt)
Complete your registration before May 31st 2025 and receive an early bird discount of €1.750 on your full tuition fee.

- SME subsidy: Flemish SME’s get a discount between 20% and 30% granted by the Flemish Government.

Studying part-time
The duration of the executive master is 1,5 years, and taken part-time. In-class sessions are organized every 3 to 4 weeks in blocks of 2 days, 11 times per academic year (not during school holidays).
- Thursday from 2 pm to 10 pm
- Friday from 9 am to 5 pm
A residential kick-off
We begin the program with an immersive two-day residential seminar, where you'll meet Prof. Dr. Steven De Haes, the Academic Director of the program, and the Dean of AMS. He’ll guide you through your learning journey, offering a detailed overview of what’s ahead. In a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, you'll connect with your cohort, the group you'll share your time with at AMS. This is also a unique opportunity to network with faculty, as well as alumni, who will share their experiences and offer valuable insights and support.
