International top faculty. Immediately applicable tools.
Learn from a world-class faculty that seamlessly connects research and practice. You don’t get standalone theory, but proven frameworks, up-to-date cases, and practical tools from professors and experienced practitioners. The result? You leave with concrete takeaways you can apply the very next day, from culture interventions and process optimizations to articulating your personal leadership claim.
You choose the modules. Based on your goals.
Select what you need now, without long-term commitment. Our five two-day deep dives allow you to step in where urgency is highest, equipped with practical checklists, canvases, and templates to get started immediately. Those who complete the full journey build a coherent, end-to-end perspective, from culture and leadership to structure and ecosystems. Modular entry is always possible: you decide the sequence and the pace.
Your case. Your team. Visible impact.
Engage the right colleagues at the right moment and work on your own case throughout the program. Innovation scales more effectively when you participate with your core team in the most relevant modules (e.g. HR and leaders in Leading, operations in Structuring). You apply the frameworks directly to your organizational reality, using existing people and structures, so reinvention becomes sustainably embedded.
From idea to impact: the roadmap
The modular program Organizing for Innovation is designed for leaders who want to make their organization agile in a world of constant change. No theory for theory’s sake, just concrete frameworks, methods, and tools to make innovation truly stick in practice.
Across five modules, you’ll discover step by step how to:
- build a culture where innovation can thrive
- give direction to innovation without suffocating creativity
- lead teams that dare to experiment and know how to do it well
- design structures that actively support renewal
- activate ecosystems that accelerate your ambitions
The journey takes you from individual to organization, and from organization to ecosystem.

The impact of this course
Prof. Robin De Cock, PhD - Professor Innovation and Entrepreneurship
"In my experience, innovation often falls short because not enough people within the organization are truly focused on it. That's why I developed the idea to modularize the Master Class Organizing for Innovation—to ensure that the right people, in the right roles, gain the insights and tools they need to drive innovation forward."

Faculty in the picture
The Masterclass Organizing for Innovation is delivered by an exceptional international faculty that brings together science, strategy, and real-world practice into one coherent learning journey. Each professor highlights a distinct aspect of innovation, while Professor Robin De Cock, with his systemic perspective, safeguards the common thread and connects the modules into a meaningful whole. Rarely does so much international expertise come together within a single program. This is precisely what makes this masterclass truly distinctive.
The strength of this faculty lies in their complementarity.
Module 1 – Cultivating for Innovation
Prof. Jamie Anderson, PhD – Professor of Leadership & Strategy (Antwerp Management School, INSEAD)
Jamie opens the masterclass with the essentials: the human side of innovation.
As Professor of Leadership & Strategy at Antwerp Management School and visiting professor at INSEAD, he is internationally recognized as an expert in innovation culture and creative leadership. The Financial Times has described him as a “management guru,” while Business Strategy Review listed him among the world’s top 25 management thinkers.
His research and publications focus on the intersection of creativity, leadership, and organizational renewal. His work has appeared in MIT Sloan Management Review, California Management Review, and Journal of Business Strategy, and his ideas are widely cited in Business Week, The Economist, The Wall Street Journal, and the Financial Times.
Jamie Anderson opens the masterclass by addressing the core: the human dimension of innovation. He guides participants on a journey to rediscover their own creativity and break through the mental barriers that often block innovation. His award-winning insights into leadership and renewal make him the ideal guide to cultivating the right mindset before strategy or structure even come into play.

Module 3 – Leading for Innovation
Prof. Karen Wouters, PhD – Professor of Leadership
Program Director Master Classes Start to Lead & Leading from the Middle
This module focuses on leadership that enables innovation.
Karen Wouters is Professor of Leadership at Antwerp Management School and an expert in leadership development within adaptive organizations. Her research and practice center on collective leadership, leadership development, and the role of leadership in change and innovation.
As a lecturer and coach, she helps leaders redefine their leadership style in response to rapidly changing contexts. She supports teams in strengthening psychological safety, shared leadership, and empowerment, essential building blocks for a culture where innovation can thrive.
In this module, Karen translates academic frameworks such as Complexity Leadership Theory into practical application: how do you create adaptive space in organizations dominated by efficiency? Participants articulate their own leadership claim, work on team dynamics, and learn how to foster psychological safety, the foundation for sustainable innovation.
Module 4 – Structuring for Innovation
Prof. Bart Clarysse, PhD & Prof. André de Barros Teixeira, PhD
This is where innovation gets structure.
Prof. André de Barros Teixeira, PhD
Visiting Professor of Innovation & Humanistic Management
André de Barros Teixeira is an experienced international executive with over 30 years of leadership experience at multinationals such as Coca-Cola, Interbrew, Campbell’s, and Goodman Fielder, holding senior roles across R&D, marketing, operations, and general management. He is also the author of The Human MBA and the creator of an ideation technique used in more than 30 countries worldwide. With an academic background spanning philosophy, chemistry, food sciences, and business (Cambridge, Reading, and Oxford), André brings a rare blend of scientific rigor and human-centered innovation to his work.
In this module, André draws on his international executive experience to show how innovation strategy translates into processes, governance, and accountability in practice.
Prof. Dr. Bart Clarysse
Professor of Entrepreneurship – ETH Zurich
Bart Clarysse holds the Chair of Entrepreneurship at the Department of Management, Technology and Economics at ETH Zurich and is the founder of several high-tech start-ups. His research focuses on growth strategies of technology-driven firms and how organizations expand into adjacent markets.
He advises governments at Flemish, Belgian, and European levels on innovation and entrepreneurship policy and has published more than 50 academic articles on the growth and financing of technology ventures.
In Organizing for Innovation, Bart translates academic insights from ETH Zurich and Imperial College London into practical application. He demonstrates how organizations can apply the principles of ambidexterity, balancing exploration and operational efficiency, to embed innovation structurally.
Together, Bart Clarysse and André de Barros Teixeira combine their unique perspectives to bridge theory and practice, showing leaders how to not only stimulate innovation, but also anchor it sustainably within their organizations.
Module 5 – Ecosystems for Innovation
Prof. Wouter Van Bockhaven, PhD – Professor of Strategy & Ecosystems
Wouter concludes the masterclass by looking outward.
As Professor of Strategy and Innovation Ecosystems and founder of TalentLogiQs, a spin-off of the University of Antwerp, he combines academic depth with hands-on experience in building ecosystems that accelerate innovation.
At Antwerp Management School, he leads the expertise center Smart Ecosystems & Networks, where he researches how organizations create sustainable value through partnerships, collaborations, and networks.
In Ecosystems for Innovation, Wouter teaches how to scale innovation through strategic alliances, ecosystems, and moonshot initiatives. He translates complex ecosystem models into accessible frameworks that help leaders identify the right partners, co-create value, and embed innovation purposefully within their broader strategy.
