Flexible ways to engage with talent

Career fair + speed date

During our November Career Fair, you meet a large group of our Master’s students in just one afternoon. You host a stand on campus, introduce your organization and speak with students from different programs.

The speeddates add another layer of depth: short, focused conversations help you quickly sense whether there is a cultural and content-driven match. This format is ideal for identifying potential starters, trainees or high potentials and introducing them to your opportunities.

You leave with warm contacts and tangible leads, not just CVs.

Sector night

A Sector Night brings you together with students who have a clear interest in your field, such as consulting, supply chain, sustainability or technology.

Together with up to ten other organizations, you join a thematic evening featuring short introductions, roundtable discussions and informal networking. Students rotate between tables, ask targeted questions and gain a realistic view of your sector.

For you, it’s an efficient way to meet motivated profiles, strengthen your position in the sector and build early relationships with future talent.

Lunch & learn or case workshop

With a Lunch & Learn or case workshop, you bring your organization to life on campus through an interactive learning experience.

During a Lunch & Learn, you present a relevant topic, share practical insights and give students an inside look at your organization. They engage directly with you and ask questions that matter to them.

A case workshop goes one step further, allowing students to work on a real business case. You see how they analyze problems, collaborate and present solutions. This format gives students a concrete feel for your culture and working style while you observe talent in action.

Job postings

Job postings on the AMS Career Center increase your visibility among all our full-time Master’s students.

You can publish entry-level roles, traineeships or internship opportunities, supported by a company profile that highlights who you are and who you are looking for. Students can respond directly, resulting in more relevant applications.

Everything is managed in one place, making the process smooth and efficient for your team.

Mailings

With three targeted mailings or LinkedIn touchpoints, you build consistent visibility among our students throughout the academic year.

You can share vacancies, events or relevant content at strategic moments, keeping your organization top-of-mind and reinforcing other touchpoints such as the Career Fair or Sector Night.

These touchpoints offer an efficient way to drive interest, increase traffic to your opportunities and give students a clear sense of your employer brand.

CV database

The CV database gives you direct access to our talent pool.

You can filter by program, background, skills, languages or experience to quickly identify profiles that match your hiring needs. Whether you’re hiring now or building a pipeline for the future, this tool helps you stay ahead.
