Impact Academy
Together, we build a tailored learning journey that combines individual masterclasses, group intervisions, and a shared business challenge that connects learning to everyday practice. The result is measurable and lasting growth at the individual, team, and organizational level.
Your business challenge at the center
Every Impact Academy starts from a strategic business challenge within your organization. The goal is clear: translate learning into lasting changes in behavior, stronger collaboration, and measurable results.
Learning on individual, team, and organizational level
By connecting individual development with collective learning, growth becomes a shared responsibility.
Less coordination, more impact
As a partner to your organization and a guide for individual development, Antwerp Management School takes care of the coordination, so HR and management can focus on what matters most.
Investing in development, but not getting the results you expected?
Many organizations face the same challenges. Perhaps some of these sound familiar:
- Employees return from a training inspired, but fall back into old habits within a few weeks.
- Development needs vary widely across your workforce. A traditional training catalog rarely offers the right fit for every employee and every organizational challenge.
- High-potential employees are strong experts, but lack the leadership skills needed to take the next step.
- Your board asks for the ROI of your learning and development investments, but measuring impact remains difficult.
- Knowledge stays within teams, while other parts of the organization could benefit from it.
If one or more of these challenges resonate with your organization, the Impact Academy was designed with you in mind.
Learning that starts with your challenge
Most learning programs start with the offer. We start with your organization.
Before selecting a single masterclass, we work closely with your management and HR team to identify the strategic challenges that matter most. These challenges become the common thread throughout the journey, connecting individual development with your organization’s goals.
That is what we call co-creation. Not a standard program delivered to your organization, but a learning journey we build together and align with your strategy from day one.
What this means in practice:
- We start from your business challenges, not from our catalog.
- Individual learning paths are built around development needs and strategic priorities.
- A real business challenge from your organization serves as a shared learning vehicle throughout the journey.
- Learning is connected to the day-to-day reality of your organization from the very start.
The six building blocks of an impact academy
1. Personalized learning paths
Each participant follows one or more Antwerp Management School masterclasses, selected to address their competency gaps, unlock their growth potential, and support business goals.
2. Kick-off & lift-off
Alignment with management and strategy at the beginning and end of the journey.
3. Group intervisions
Three sessions per journey, facilitated by an AMS coach. Insights are translated into the organization.
4. Buddy system
Quarterly and 90-day action plans help turn new insights into concrete actions.
5. Business challenge
A real challenge from your organization serves as a shared learning experience.
6. Impact measurement
Using our competence and impact model, we measure growth before, during, and after the journey.
Choose your formula
Masterclasses are the foundation. The Impact Academy turns them into impact.
Every participant follows a personalized learning journey built from Antwerp Management School's masterclass portfolio. Around that foundation, we create a learning environment where knowledge is shared, applied, and embedded across the organization. The result is individual growth that translates into stronger teams and lasting organizational impact.

Frequently asked questions
How long does an impact journey last?
Impact journeys typically run between 12 and 24 months, with 18 months being the average duration. The exact timing is always determined together with your organization.
How many employees should participate?
To create meaningful organizational impact, we recommend starting with at least eight participants. There is no maximum number of participants, as our support model scales with larger groups.
How much time does this require from HR and management?
AMS takes care of the majority of the coordination and support. HR and management are mainly involved during a limited number of key moments: the intake and co-design phase, kick-off, group intervisions, and lift-off.
Participants keep a reflection journal after each masterclass, requiring a limited but continuous time investment.
Where do the sessions take place?
Masterclasses are generally organized on the AMS campus in Antwerp. Other sessions can take place on campus, at your organization, or at an external location, depending on your teams, objectives, and preferred way of working.
How do you measure impact?
Using our competency and impact model, we measure progress at three moments: a baseline assessment before the kick-off, a mid-term assessment, and a final assessment during the lift-off. Participants receive a personal competency profile and a LinkedIn credential. HR and management receive a consolidated impact report.
Which topics do your masterclasses cover?
Strategy & Leadership · People & Organization · Innovation & Entrepreneurship · Supply Chain & Ecosystems · Digital & IT · Sustainability
Together, we identify the best fit for both the individual participant and the organization.
