Next Generation Work team

Our approach

Discover

We start by getting to the heart of your context: your strategy, your challenges, and the impact you want to achieve. Through interviews, data analysis and interactive sessions, we map the needs and agree on a shared ambition.

Design

Together we design a program that fits your organization. We choose the right balance of learning activities and expertise, from workshops and simulations to coaching, role plays, online learning, etc. We define clear objectives, milestones and roles.

Deliver

Faculty and practitioners bring the program to life. We work with real cases, peer learning and focused practice that transfer directly to the job. Throughout delivery we track progress, gather feedback and adjust where needed.

The story of Oona

Oona is a full-service content agency with a unique vision on content, PR, social media and marketing influencer. As they say themselves, participating into the Start to Lead-program was one of their most important decisions. In this video, the Oona's explain how this journey helped them grow their careers and personality. Within the Start to Lead trajectory, we start from a leadership definition which doesn’t impose or provides you with a blueprint of effective leadership. We focus on 'identity work'. This means we help (future) leaders to better understand their leadership role and their identity as a leader.
