Curriculum

The first three days, networking is approached from a strategic, administrative and managerial perspective. You can involve your network, the network you plan on being part of or the one you design as a case on the 4th day of the course.

The program consists of 3 parts:

Day 1: Theory

Part 1: Social capital

Deals with increasing social capital. The focus is not on more networks, but on when and how better to network.

Part 2: Innovation networks, the network organization

Focus is the position of your organization in partnerships that aim to achieve a common goal. We are thinking here, for example, of entering into a partnership with various organizations to develop an innovative solution that none of the organizations could realize on their own. This also specifically deals with the theme of implementing policy via a network.

Day 2:

Rolling out a network organization in practice: EBP Network practical case.

Day 3:

Rolling out a network organization in practice: the role of the network coordinator, the steering committee and the working group.

Day 4: own case

The participants are instructed to draw up a vision and action plan for their own organization. On day 4, the group is invited for an intervision about this.
