Het ontwikkelen van een solide en duurzame bedrijfsstrategie en/of geïntegreerd performantiesysteem is niet altijd evident. Onze experten ontwikkelden daarom diverse beproefde methodieken om tot concrete resultaten te komen.

Tijdens onze strategische workshops reiken we jouw organisatie de juiste perspectieven aan. We geven je ook de kennis en tools mee zodat je de belangrijkste problemen en uitdagingen van jouw organisatie effectief kan analyseren en vertalen naar een toekomstbestendige strategie. We gebruiken een combinatie van ondersteunende methodieken zoals design thinking, interactieve tools (bijvoorbeeld LEGO® Serious Play®) en simulaties om brainstorms te organiseren die concrete resultaten opleveren op een efficiënte manier.

Self-leadership

Resilience

Resilience is the ability to deal with life's setbacks. Not to be knocked down, but to be able to rebound. Resilience is like a muscle - in this workshop, we will first dive into your stress reactions to see how you can use this to train your resilience. We focus on your mental, physical and behavioural habits.

Personal Leadership

In this workshop, we not only look at how to manage yourself as effectively as possible ('Before Leading Others, Manage Yourself'; Covey), but we also dig deeper under the iceberg: What is your story? What do you want to achieve? Why would anyone follow you as a leader?

Giving feedback

Many executives have difficulties in giving feedback - both positive and negative. In this workshop, you will learn what feedback can do and how a change of mind-set can help you to give feedback easier and better. In addition, a number of basic skills are practiced.

Managing stress

Managing information overload and stress: the prefrontal cortex, which regulates the higher cognitive functions, both physical and mental, is extremely sensitive towards stress. We will address the factors of 'control', 'support' and 'demand' to be able to consciously manage our performance and decision-making.

The Brain Balance

The “Healthy Mind Platter” is a metaphor, which refers to taking care of the brain and the mind. During this workshop, we will reflect upon a set of activities that overall optimize your “brain health”. This “mental diet” will help you to optimize neurocognitive functioning and wellbeing.

Harmonizing Work, Family and Personal life

How do you manage the relationship between work family and personal life? Which 'Boundary management' system do you apply? Are you aware of the spill-overs and the impact on the different dimensions? We will also go into a few harmonizing techniques to help you moderate stress (e.g. the power of (dis)connection).

Leadership of others

Leading Change

Change through inspiration and motivation: Through this workshop, we first try to 'analyse' and understand what motivates others. We will start with a deep dive in interpersonal relations and how people respond to each other. We will then focus on group dynamics and how to create a sense of community to go towards the change.

Leadership styles and coaching techniques

During this workshop, we discover the different cognitive styles. We will try to discover what your own cognitive style is and what the prevalent cognitive styles of others are. Other topics that will be addressed are: What does leadership 3.0 really mean? Which different leadership styles are there? In addition, why is coaching so important?

Business Design Thinking

Design thinking combines an open, creative mind with goal-oriented processes, allowing you to discover new (business) opportunities that respond to the real needs of your clients. This creates new solutions for your clients and new (strategic) opportunities for your company. Through practical workshops and exercises various tools are introduced such as strategy sprint, research wall, customer journey mapping, service blueprint, business modelling, etc.

Sustainable transformation is a journey that many companies and societies are on – to improve our quality of life and to secure the future of our planet. The challenges are significant – as is evident by the five forces of breakdown in society, which are disruption, disconnection, disparity, destruction and discontent. However, the counterforces of innovation are not to be underestimated, bringing us exciting solutions that are making our workplaces, labour markets and societies more secure, smart, shared, sustainable and satisfying.

Sustainability & innovation - creating integrated value

Integrated Value presents a systemic framing of our global challenges and innovative responses. It is thus a methodology for implementing Integrated Value called the 7 Steps of Integrated Value Management. Integrated value is based on innovation synergies that are secure, shared, sustainable, smart and satisfying, based on solutions emerging from the resilience economy, circular economy, digital economy and wellbeing economy. Such an approach can help to stimulate and evaluate purposeful innovation, i.e. innovation with societal impact, by looking for the opportunities at the nexus of tackling the five forces of fragmentation or breakdown, which are disruption, disparity, degradation, disconnection and discontent.

Circular economy 101

Today’s linear economic model is based on the principles of take-make-use-waste. This has made our global society unsustainable. Overproduction, loss of biodiversity, waste, climate change, resource scarcity: this economic model has reached its limits. If we want to sustain our global society and offer opportunities for a growing population, the economy needs to transition from being primarily a linear process to being a circular process of borrow-make-use-return. In this workshop, we explore the basic principles of a circular economy and how you can contribute to it.

Balance and Resilience

BrainBalance

In this session The “BrainBalance” is introduced as a neuroscience-based model for taking care of one’s mental and physical energy and thereby increasing focus, efficiency and health. The model consists of 10 activities, organized in 5 paradoxical axes, that each contribute in a unique way to brain health and the capability to (re)focus. Before the session participants are invited to fill out the BrainBalance survey to diagnose their current state, and in the course of the session participants get a lot of practical inputs on how to improve their BrainBalance.

Harmonizing Work, Family and Personal Life

In this session the focus is on the fundamental underlying attitudes, insight and skills needed for harmonizing work, family and personal life. Based on over 20 years of research in this domain, Prof. dr. Steven Poelmans introduces relevant concepts like purpose, boundary management, work-family conflict and spillover, and translates insights into practical actions participants can take in increasing the harmony and integrating personal and professional career management. Before the session participants are invited to fill out the WOPLIC (Work-Personal Life Integration & Coping) survey to diagnose their current state, and in the course of the session participants get a lot of practical inputs on how to improve their WFPL harmony.

Managing Stress

In this session participants receive inputs from the fields of occupational health psychology and neuroscience and psycho-neuro-immunology to develop a more sophisticated understanding of the connections between mind and body. This is the necessary basis to introduce different cognitive and emotional regulation techniques that can be used in managing stress. This is a hands-on session in which participants diagnose their sources of stress and related responses while learning emotional regulation techniques for managing stress during peak periods, like meditation and re-appraisal.
