Testimonials
Jeroen Derynck – Owner, The Thinking Ape: "An MBA is not about common sense, it is about drive and passion. Learning is such a powerful catalyst - it broadens your horizon, it makes you see the other side, it helps you to engage in a conversation. Curious by nature, it is this learning experience that justifies the hard effort."
Peter Willems – Director Clinical Development, Tibotec: " The Executive MBA was definitely an eye- and mind-opening experience. The new, monthly modular approach made the combination with a day-to-day job more feasible and it created opportunities for Antwerp Management School to invite international Faculty. The individual coaching sessions by MDP over the two-year program and the regular focus on social responsibility are clearly factors where Antwerp Management School distinguishes itself from other business schools. At Antwerp Management School an Executive MBA is not only about business, it’s about business in society."
Benny Van Calster – Partner, Minds&More-Marketing Capability Builders:" The marketing course in the Part-time Executive MBA program provided an excellent mix of conceptual frameworks and real-life cases. Rudy Moenaert’s enthusiasm is very stimulating and well balanced with reflection moments during the marketing strategy business game. All of this was supported by a very good book which can serve as a reference and reflection document in our day-to-day work environment."
Wim Anthierens – Flow Team Coach, Atlas Copco Airpower: "
I remember that the Community Project started with little enthusiasm and a lot of 'how must we fit this into our overbooked agendas?'. But it turned out to be a great opportunity to stop running, open our eyes, look around and reflect on the larger community in which we live. We deliberately let the scope widen, because we came to realize that we could bring true added value in this (to us) unusual environment. In return we were welcomed with great openness and warmth, and were taught a fresh view on poverty fighting. In short, the perfect win-win situation."
Elfie Knapen – General Manager Benelux, Cartamundi: "I started out on the MBA because I wanted to become a more 'interesting' person both for my employer as for my personal contacts. The MBA has definitely made me more confident and aware about my own strengths, not only because of the enrichment in academic background but also thanks to the attention for personal development through the coaching sessions. After two intensive years of learning, planning, group work … I feel like I have accomplished my mission."
