Online AMS try-out day - February 25, 2021

Are you recently graduated or graduating this year? Wondering if studying an extra full-time master’s program at AMS is a perfect fit for you?

Test the water before you jump in:

Register for our free online workshop/webinar, join our virtual info session afterwards and meet program managers and current students.

Topic on Thursday February 25: Cross-cultural differences.

Whatever program you follow at AMS, your personal development is a core element.

With the Global Leadership Skills (GLS) track, we challenge and coach you to become more aware of who you are, how you cooperate with others, and what kind of career you want to pursue.

Today’s employers are looking for exactly the same set of soft skills you will develop during this GLS track: amongst others the ability to work collaboratively with others, leadership skills, openness to and respect for different perspectives and multicultural awareness.

One of the professors is prof.dr. Steven Poelmans. He will offer some frameworks relevant in understanding culture and cross-cultural differences, to make you aware of, and reflect on your own cultural identity profile, and what features represent potential strengths or challenges.

In this interactive webinar he will give an introduction on cross-cultural differences and how to deal with them in a business environment.
