Antwerp Management School and Pidpa enter into partnership for workplace wellbeing
Antwerp, September 3, 2025 – Antwerp Management School (AMS) and water company Pidpa are joining forces to take workplace wellbeing to the next level. Through this strategic partnership, both organizations aim to focus on happiness at work and a healthy workplace culture.
The partnership between AMS and Pidpa is rooted in a shared vision: employees are the heart of every organization. By investing in their wellbeing and sustainable employability, companies not only increase satisfaction and productivity but also contribute to a positive societal impact.
Pidpa is also joining the Corporate Membership Network of AMS, an open network that provides companies with access to innovative insights and knowledge exchange. With this, Pidpa stands alongside leading partners such as Bpost, Elia, and Baloise as a “Corporate Partner” of the school.
Multi-year trajectory
The collaboration covers a multi-year trajectory running from 2025 to 2028 and consists of two parts. First, in 2026, Pidpa will join AMS’s ongoing research cycle. This will result in concrete tools to map current workplace wellbeing, a practical guide for selecting the most suitable wellbeing initiatives, and instruments to support knowledge and implementation of a wellbeing policy.
Second, from 2026 to 2028, Pidpa and AMS will jointly determine the direction of follow-up research. This may include the development of an implementation plan (such as the optimal use of the developed instruments within the organization), measuring the impact of applied tools and actions, or exploring new research areas such as financial wellbeing or colleagues as drivers of wellbeing.
Scientific foundation
AMS contributes its academic expertise in wellbeing and organizational development. Pidpa acts as a practice partner and will apply the insights and tools within its own organization. The results will be shared with the wider business community so that other organizations can also benefit from the acquired knowledge.
Steven De Haes, Dean of Antwerp Management School, says:
“Healthy, safe, and happy employees are the foundation of companies and organizations. Investing in improving workplace wellbeing is therefore crucial. Together with Pidpa, we are working on a forward-looking wellbeing policy that combines academic knowledge with practical solutions and applications.”
“At Pidpa, we believe that employee wellbeing is the key to building a strong, agile organization. That’s why we have been investing in initiatives around safety and health for years. Today, we are taking an important next step: together with Antwerp Management School, we are building a sustainable, scientifically grounded wellbeing policy,” says Kirsten Caers, Director HR and Corporate Affairs at Pidpa.
