This summer, Professor Ans De Vos recorded the podcast "Talent as a New Currency" in our AMS studio. She draws her inspiration from recent research on flexible approaches to talent management.
The result consists of 4 episodes in which innovative insights regarding sustainable careers are discussed. She starts each time from an excerpt from her interview with Peter Cappelli, one of the most influential management thinkers. Combined with the expertise of guest speakers Alex Van Breedam and Jan Laurijssen, these interviews provide innovative insights that should get every manager thinking.
In this second episode, Ans De Vos interviews 'futurist' Alex Van Breedam on how HR can anticipate changes in the market.

A plea for the relay in leadership and careers
