Master in Finance

Academic background

For candidates studying in Belgium:

• a master's degree from a recognized institution with sufficient economics, finance or mathematics knowledge.

For candidates studying outside of Belgium:

• a master's degree from a recognized institution with sufficient economics, finance or mathematics knowledge OR
• a 3 or 4-year bachelor's * degree from a recognized institution with sufficient economics, finance or mathematics knowledge.

English proficiency

Proof of English proficiency:

• TOEFL (minimum Score 90) or IELTS (overall score at least 6.5
• Duolingo (overall score 110)

Exceptions:

• Students who completed most of their higher education in English
• Native English speakers
• Graduates from Master degree programs in Belgium

Although in these scenarios, you may submit your application without an English test result, the admission committee reserves the right to request an English proficiency test based on your performance during the admissions interview.

1. Create a profile and fill in the online application form.
2. After completing your application dossier, you will be invited for an online general ability test.
3. Online or face-to-face interview on our campus to gain insight in your motivation, personality, perseverance, leading skills and knowledge of English.
4. Depending on your study background the admissions committee might require you to take an online premaster course to prove your financial abilities. This course consists of different modules which you can study at your own pace and will conclude with 1 exam. In case you have passed CFA level 1, you do not need to take the premaster course.

After completing the application procedure, you can expect an answer from us within 1-2 weeks.

There is a 50 euro application fee for each submitted application. This fee is non-refundable.

As we only accept a limited number of students on our programs, we encourage you to apply at your earliest convenience. We would strongly recommend students who require a visa for Belgium to apply by 14th June 2024 at the latest. This is to ensure you have sufficient time to arrange your visa and other necessary paperwork for relocation.
