In addition to the standard curriculum, you also have the opportunity to enrich your studies with electives, in the form of an intensive week of classes, entirely devoted to a topic that is relevant and interesting to you. We always provide an extensive choice between topics from the current geopolitical climate, relevant world news and future-proof insights.

As soon as you start the program, you will apply everything you learn, immediately into practice. You will work on your own start-up idea or use similar techniques to work out transformative and innovative concepts for a company.

With coaching from our experienced professors, you'll develop the ideal entrepreneurial skills to make transformation and innovation tangible. This is how you turn real problems into real impact.

Whether you're looking to launch your own start-up, join an NGO, drive innovation within a large company, or create something entirely new, the MSIE program equips you with the mindset, tools, and network to make it happen. You’ll gain hands-on experience with real companies and you’ll learn that sustainable business is not something you do alone. To operate successfully, it’s important to become part of an ecosystem.

You'll discover the fast-growing, international start-up and innovation scene in Antwerp and beyond. Through the “Sustainable Innovation Safari,” you’ll connect with several players in the innovation ecosystem. The coaches in the program all have extensive local and international networks. During the Innovation Sprint, you’ll visit top design and innovation agencies in Antwerp and engage directly with successful entrepreneurs, experienced investors, and influential policymakers. During the global immersion trip you'll learn to identify growth opportunities, understand the DNA of circular innovation ecosystems and how to access in.

And last but not least: you'll also gain access to exclusive events, such as Supernova, that offer unparalleled opportunities to expand your network even more.

Loops Earplugs, Honest Jeans, Brauzz... More than 120 start-ups already were born at AMS. We are only too happy to support you in starting your own sustainable business. With the blessing of AMS you can expand your network with seasoned entrepreneurs, investors and policymakers. After you graduate, you can keep using the AMS campus and facilities for another year to further develop your start-up. We are curious to see what you will create!

The Master in Sustainable Innovation & Entrepreneurship runs from September 7, 2026 to June 30, 2027 on our campus at Boogkeers 5, 2000 Antwerp. The graduation ceremony will take place at the end of June, but should you fail to pass your master's thesis, you can make a second attempt by August.

The total cost of this master's program is €19.500 (Exempt VAT)  and includes the use of all student facilities at Antwerp Management School, transportation and accommodation* of the (international) excursions (excl. drinks & food) and the workbook Global Leadership.
Further costs for visas, teaching materials and living expenses (residency in Antwerp, food, leisure activities, travel costs to Antwerp or during your stay in Antwerp, etc..) are not included.

*The price of accommodation during the international trips is based on twin or triple rooms.

Looking for financial support or a loan?

Antwerp Management School offers partial scholarships to candidates who excel academically but experience difficulties paying the full tuition fees.

We advise to check with the banks in your home country financing possibilities, and to look for the best rates amongst the home banks. International banks (of the home country of the student) are often willing to grant a student loan to students who study abroad. There are also other organizations who offer loans for international students.

After successful completion of the program, you will receive an official and internationally accredited Master of Science (MSc) degree issued by Antwerp Management School; Master Management: Sustainable Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
