"My year at AMS was fantastic - I learned so much in such a short time. The practical nature of the program helped me to perfectly understand what we were learning and how I could use this knowledge in a future career. The week in Madrid and the consulting skills bootcamp were perfect examples of applying theory to practice. Afterwards, I started a new position at ING in the International Talent program in Brussels."

"It was tremendously helpful to learn how HR is handled in different countries. That whole world of topics is essential to understand the HR profession well. The five-day course at Universidad Carlos III made a great impression in this regard: we zoomed in on some important, current HR issues from HRM and general management perspectives. It was super inspiring to exchange experiences and ideas on the case studies, role plays and presentations. This created some fascinating debates."

Start the application procedure

Every year we only accept a select amount of candidates. We advise you to start the noncommittal application process as soon as possible.
