A strong alumni network
Our Master in Finance & Investments program places a strong emphasis on bridging the gap between theory and practice and fostering connections between current students and alumni. We organize alumni-led industry-specific workshops to give you insights in a specific industry in finance (e.g. investment banking, real estate finance, private equity,...). During the alumni
career talks, where professionals share experiences of their professional journey, and alumni speed-dating evenings, you will have the opportunity to interact directly with alumni. Ready to explore all career opportunities after completing your study?
A human approach
When you think of finances, you quickly see only numbers flying by. Fun, but not very concrete. At AMS, these numbers do not stay abstract; you will see your work in action right away. We link theory to practical implementation with a NGO project, in which an NGO or financial company puts a research question at your feet, which you will work out from start to finish. This way, the numbers are given a human face and you can put a first project on your resume.
Eternal learning
Finance remains eternally interesting. The changeable sector presents you with constant challenges that require you to remain flexible and curious. That's why we bring you into the mindset of lifelong learning from the start, so that throughout your career you can track down relevant knowledge, make it your own and apply it to new solutions.
A dual finance degree in just 3 weeks extra
Can't get enough of it? Then you might qualify for an advanced education in New York. Through our partnership with Fordham University – Gabelli School of Business, you can earn a full second finance degree there in just 3 weeks.
Fordham University recognizes 39 of your 60 AMS credits. So after receiving your degree here, you can travel on to the States to take 3 more courses over the summer for 21 credits. And of course, you only pay for the courses you take, not for the full master's program that would otherwise take 2 years.
