Bieke is a results-driven leadership expert, executive coach and entrepreneur. She has a master’s degree in law (KU Leuven), an additional master’s degree in management ( HUB-KUBrussels) and a certification in leadership (Nyenrode Business University).

Bieke partners with Antwerp Management School since 2009, with focus on “Leadership and Career Development Track” . As entrepreneur, she is managing partner of mis-s.com, a small business in leadership development and innovation.

Her competency in influencing skills and leadership have been recognized be partners and clients in various industries for more than 15 years. She has a functional track-record in talent management, HR consulting, assessment, recruitment, change management and personal and organisational development.

Her core competencies include mastering leadership, complex strategic partnership management, teamdynamics improvement, influencing, stress- and conflictmanagement skills.

Clients describe and appreciate her style as sincerely connected, no-nonsense and analytical.
