Prof. dr. Bas holds an MSc in Information Management & Technology from Tilburg University (2002) and earned his PhD in Computer Science from Radboud University (2006). He is professor at Antwerp Management School, where he teaches in the field of digital transformation. As co-founder and managing partner of Strategy Alliance, he leads consulting initiatives that bridge strategy, architecture, and data. He is also a board member of DAMA Netherlands, where he contributes to advancing professional standards in data management.
Over the years, Bas has worked across various industries in Europe and the United States, bringing insight and clarity as both a teacher and consultant.
