Scholarship University of Antwerp Students
Antwerp Management School biedt financiële steun, in de vorm van gedeeltelijke studiebeurzen, aan kandidaten die moeilijkheden ervaren om het volledige inschrijvingsgeld te betalen.
Overzicht van de beurs:
De studiebeurs wordt toegekend in de vorm van een vermindering van het inschrijvingsgeld en dekt tot 50% van de deelnamekosten. Het bedrag van de beurs wordt afgetrokken van het totale inschrijvingsgeld vóór aanvang van het academisch jaar 2024-2025. Hoewel we streven naar een gelijke verdeling van beurzen over verschillende voltijdse masterprogramma's, kunnen we in bepaalde gevallen voorrang geven aan kandidaten van bepaalde programma's.
In aanmerking komen:
- Deze beurs staat open voor toekomstige full-time masterstudenten die hun studie willen beginnen in academiejaar 2024-2025 en die moeite hebben om het volledige inschrijvingsgeld te betalen.
- Deze beurs is specifiek bedoeld voor afstuderende masterstudenten (of recente alumni) van onze partneruniversiteit, de Universiteit Antwerpen.
Door deze beurs te accepteren, verbindt de student zich ertoe het Student Recruitment & Marketing-team te ondersteunen als Student Ambassador en deel te nemen aan promotieactiviteiten gedurende het academiejaar aan AMS. De beurs is verder enkel geldig voor het academiejaar 2024-2025 en kan niet overgedragen worden naar volgende jaren.
Aanvraagproces:
- Begin met het reguliere applicatieproces voor het programma van jouw keuze.
- In het applicatieformulier kan je aanvinken dat je een beurs nodig hebt.
- Na succesvolle voltooiing van alle stappen van het applicatieproces, ontvang je een uitnodiging om een aanvraagformulier voor een beurs in te dienen.
- In het aanvraagformulier voor de beurs zal je gevraagd worden om een verklaring in te dienen waarin je uitlegt waarom je een studiebeurs nodig hebt, samen met details over je huidige financiële situatie. Je kan ook bijkomende documenten uploaden, zoals een studietoelage, een brief van de Sociale Dienst van de universiteit, etc.
Aanvraagtermijn:
Applicaties voor onze voltijdse masterprogramma's worden continu verwerkt vanaf september 2023 voor de inschrijvingen voor september 2024. Om de kansen op het ontvangen van een studiebeurs te vergroten, raden wij aan om je aanvraag zo vroeg mogelijk in te dienen, aangezien er een beperkt aantal beurzen beschikbaar is.
Besluit:
Twee weken na ontvangst van je beursaanvraag ontvang je de beslissing van het beurscomité. Houd er rekening mee dat de beslissingen van het beurscomité definitief zijn.
Antwerp Management School provides financial assistance in the form of partial scholarships to Full-Time Master's program applicants coming from the University of Antwerp who face financial constraints.
Scholarship overview:
The scholarship is awarded in the form of a tuition fee reduction, covering up to 50% of the tuition expenses. The scholarship amount will be deducted from the total tuition fee prior to the commencement of the academic year 2024-2025. Although we aim to distribute scholarships fairly across different Full-Time Master's programs, in some cases, we may give priority to applicants from certain programs.
Eligibility:
- This scholarship is open to prospective Full-Time Master's students beginning their studies in 2024-2025 who are experiencing difficulty affording the full tuition fee.
- This scholarship is specifically designated for graduating Master students (or recent alumni) from our partner institute, the University of Antwerp.
Conditions:
By accepting this scholarship, you commit to supporting the Student Recruitment & Marketing team as a Student Ambassador, engaging in promotional activities throughout your academic year at AMS. Furthermore, scholarship recipients agree to initiate their student visa application process (if applicable) before May 1, 2024, with AMS reserving the right to revoke the scholarship in cases of non-compliance (applies to non-EAA students). The scholarship is only valid for the 2024-2025 academic year and cannot be transferred to other years.
Application process:
- Begin by applying for your desired Master's program via the provided link.
- In the application form, specify that you depend on a scholarship.
- Upon successfully completing all the steps of the application process, you will be invited to provide a scholarship application form.
- In the scholarship application form, you will be asked to submit a statement explaining your need for a scholarship, along with details of your current financial situation. You can also provide evidence demonstrating your financial need, such as a study allowance, a reference letter from the University of Antwerp's Social Service, etc.
Application timeline:
Applications for our Full-Time Master's programs are processed on a rolling basis from September 2023 for the September 2024 intake. To increase your chances of receiving a scholarship, it is recommended to submit your application early, as there are a limited number of scholarships available.
Decision:
The scholarship committee will communicate their decision within two weeks after receiving your scholarship application. Please note that the scholarship committee's decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
