Three years of research on workplace wellbeing.…

Human Resources

What if, in just one evening, you could gain insight into where your organization is missing opportunities when it comes to wellbeing—and walk away with concrete inspiration on what you can start doing differently tomorrow?

On Tuesday, June 9, Prof. Dr. Kathleen Vangronsvelt and Dr. Eva Geluk will conclude three years of research with an exclusive live event at Antwerp Management School. And you are warmly invited.

During the Wellbeing Works closing event, they will present, publicly for the first time, the key insights from their research, conducted in collaboration with bpost, Elia, Pidpa, and Baloise.

Would you like to join us? Get your tickets here.

Program:

Keynote 1: How do you build a wellbeing policy that truly works?
Kathleen introduces the Wellbeing Works matrix: a practical framework that links six psychological needs of employees to twelve organizational resources. It allows you to instantly see where your organization is already performing well—and where there is still room for growth.

Keynote 2: Leaders as the key to reducing absenteeism
Eva shows how organizations can maximize the impact of leadership training focused on preventing absenteeism, and which conditions ensure that insights are effectively translated to the workplace.

2 interactive reflection sessions
After each keynote, you will work in small groups to apply the insights to your own organizational context.

Network with like-minded professionals
Close the evening with a reception and connect with HR professionals, people managers, and prevention advisors who—just like you—are committed to building healthy organizations.
