Janick is a practitioner, currently working as a consultant helping companies and government entities in Europe and the Middle East with their organic and inorganic growth strategies.

He has a financial services and consulting background, having worked as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in Brussel, Belgium and McKinsey & Co in London, UK, as well as a deep knowledge of alternative assets (private equity/venture capital and hedge funds) from his experience as a Managing Director at Investcorp and PineBridge.

In addition to his consulting activities, he teaches a Consulting Methodology course at Antwerp Management School, Belgium. He also holds several advisory board positions, among others for a mobility start-up and marketing automation scale-up.

Originally a linguist, with a MA degree in Slavonic Philology from KU Leuven (Belgium), he later obtained an MBA from Vlerick Business School, where he was a Chazen scholar to Columbia Business School.
