Pidpa and Antwerp Management School collaborate on future-oriented well-being policy
At Pidpa, we believe that employee well-being is the key to a strong, agile organization. That is why we have been investing for years in initiatives focused on safety, health and job satisfaction. Today, we are taking the next important step: together with Antwerp Management School (AMS) we are developing a sustainable, science-based well-being policy.
Through this partnership, we want to fundamentally understand what really works in workplace well-being. Which initiatives truly make a difference? What conditions are needed to embed well-being structurally into an organizational culture? And what role do managers, colleagues and teams play in this?
This multi-year trajectory runs from 2025 to 2028 and consists of two parts:
1. In 2026: we will join AMS’s existing research cycle (in cooperation with bpost, Elia and Baloise), which will yield:
-
concrete tools to map the current state of workplace well-being (“as is”);
-
a practical roadmap for selecting the most appropriate well-being actions;
-
a set of instruments to support both knowledge about, and execution of, a well-being policy.
2. From 2026 to 2028: we will help steer the follow-up research, which may involve, for example:
- developing an implementation plan (e.g., ensuring the developed instruments are used optimally throughout the organization);
-
conducting an impact measurement (assessing the effects of using the above tools, roadmap and instruments);
-
exploring new research avenues (e.g., financial well-being, or colleagues as a lever for well-being, etc.).
An important benefit of this collaboration is our access to AMS’s Corporate Membership Network. This not only keeps us up to date, but also allows us to actively exchange knowledge and experience with other organizations that put well-being high on their agenda.
At Pidpa, we build well-being from the inside out—through knowledge, through vision, and above all: together.
