De cursus begint met een schets van het algemene zorglandschap om daarna elke sessie verder in te zoomen op actuele tendensen en gespecialiseerd management voorde sector. Deze opleiding is te volgen als op zichzelf staande cursus, of als keuze- enspecialisatiemodule van de Executive Master in Public Governance & Leadership.
