The Management in Healthcare programme consists of 9 training days, of which 8 teaching days and 1 lift-off day, spread over 4 months. The course begins with an overview of the general healthcare landscape, after which each session zooms in further on current trends and specialised management for the sector. This training can be followed as a standalone course, or as an elective and specialisation module of the Executive Master in Public Governance & Leadership.

Classes take place on Thursdays from 10am to 6pm and on Fridays from 9am to 5pm.
The first teaching day is an exception: it runs from 9:30am to 9pm, including a joint dinner in the evening.
The lift-off day takes place in the afternoon and evening; the exact timing will be communicated later depending on the number of participants
Executive Master in Public Governance & Leadership
The 'Management in Healthcare' training can be followed as a separate masterclass, but also as an elective and specialisation module in the Executive Master in Public Governance & Leadership.
The Executive Master in Public Governance & Leadership is a full master's programme consisting of 5 modules on public leadership, management and governance, which prepare you to make the transition towards an agile and future-proof government and society. You follow your own master trajectory and personalise the programme with elective modules that are most relevant to you (such as the elective module 'Management in Healthcare').
