Master Class Management in care

De opleiding Management in de Zorg bestaat uit acht lesdagen, verspreid over 4 maanden tijd. De cursus begint met een schets van het algemene zorglandschap om daarna elke sessie verder in te zoomen op actuele tendensen en gespecialiseerd management voorde sector. Deze opleiding is te volgen als op zichzelf staande cursus, of als keuze- enspecialisatiemodule van de Executive Master in Public Governance & Leadership.

• Module 2: Creating a strategic perspective for care and wellbeing

• Module 3: Towards value-driven innovations in healthcare

• Module 4: Paradoxical leadership in ecosystems as a lever for transformation

Lift-off: Bridging vision and implementation

Classes generally take place from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except for the very first day.
The Lift-off module will run from afternoon to evening, with the exact timing to be determined based on the number of participants.

After following the program:

• You have insight in the Flemish care industry: about systems, organizations and people;
• You are familiar with the theoretical framework around networking and able to think about partnerships for your organization;
• You are able to design a quality policy that is linked to the vision and strategy of the organization;
• You have learned how to cope with change and grow resilience within yourself and your employees.
