Master Class Real Estate Law

Start date: November 22, 2025

End date: February 6, 2026

Classes will be held on Friday afternoon from 2:00 to 5:30 pm and on Saturday mornings from 09:45 am to 1 pm.

In the first part of this program the legal aspects of the acquisition and exploitation of real estate are studied. The emphasis is then on the various provisions relating to the environmental permit.

In the second part, additional determining aspects of construction law, corporate law, environmental law and real estate taxation are analyzed and applied to practice.

The course starts with a discussion of the legal aspects when acquiring real estate:

• Real estate contracts
• Buying options
• Mortgage law
• Notarial deeds

With regards to exploitation, we discuss subjects such as tenancy law (general tenancy law, commercial rent...) 

The different types of companies that can be used for setting up real estate structures are inventoried

The course is completed with an overview of the tax aspects (direct and indirect taxes) of real estate transactions.

After attending this program:

• You are able to integrate different views – financial, juridical, fiscal, human and organizational – in the decision-making process;
