From ambition to action: the road to AI-native teams at Argenta

They combined in-depth stakeholder interviews, a survey of over 100 employees, informal “street interviews” in the company bistro, and continuous desk research to design a framework for building AI-native teams that stay true to company values while empowering people to unlock the full potential of AI.
