Venture building

Introduction

Innovation is crucial to survive in an ever changing world. Many companies generate ideas that have potential to create new business lines. However, companies need to further develop and test these ideas to create strong business cases before they can commit substantial resources to implement these ideas. During the venture building project, our MIE students will test these ideas in a much leaner way compared to assigning FTEs or interns on this task. Furthermore, they might even, in some cases, help to build a separate venture based on the idea.

You can hire a team of our students of the Master in Innovation & Entrepreneurship for a period of 8 months to work on your project. During this period, they are coached, educated and challenged by experienced design thinkers, venture capitalists, professors and entrepreneurs to deliver high-quality business reports.
