Participants
This Master Class is designed for:
- HR managers and policy makers seeking to incorporate reintegration into their policies. Participants will explore the value that a facilitator role can bring to their organization and the underlying principles behind it. Additionally, they will gain valuable insights and inspiration on effectively implementing this process within their organization.
- Prevention consultants, searching for new insights and skills to guide reintegrations from a neutral point of view. They will gain deeper insights into the significance of reintegration and learn how to approach it in a professional manner.
- Independent career coaches, career counselors, stress and burnout coaches, welfare coaches, occupational physicians, etc., Based on job coaching principles, they will learn to effectively guide both employers and employees through the reintegration process. They will be equipped with new scientific insights, models, facts, and figures, empowering them to strengthen their client interactions. Moreover, they will master the art of facilitating the process as a neutral partner.
Participants will have some knowledge of (or experience with) counseling stress symptoms or burnout, and coaching. You must have at least a bachelor's degree (through education or experience). In addition, we expect you to have demonstrated experience in coaching or counseling both employees (individual) and employers (organization).
