What will I learn?

Thanks to this training, you act as a facilitator between employee and employer. In addition, this training enables you to install a sustainable return to work culture in one or your company. This increases the success of reintegration after burnout, allowing employees and the company to flourish again.

- You will learn how to guide and facilitate the reintegration process (focused on the individual)
- You will receive a hands-on approach to identify the employee's motivation and needs and align them with the job and organization
- You will learn how to install a sustainable return-to-work culture in a company
- Throughout the training, you draw up a step-by-step plan for a sustainable return to work, based on the situational context of your company.

Based on scientific research

The methodology of this training builds on research by Antwerp Management School and was developed in the context of an ESF project together with Mensura and the Association of Recognized Stress and Burnout Coaches. The research focuses on the levers and success factors for a successful return to work.

Increase the success of reintegration after burnout

This masterclass provides you with a hands-on approach to tailoring the job and resuming work after a burnout to the employee's motivation and needs. This is also called 'job crafting'. You can read exactly how this process works here (brochure in Dutch).

Thanks to the presence of the academic and/or practical supervisor, you enrich your knowledge and insights with stable and correct support, both on a theoretical and practical level.

At the end of the training, you will have everything you need to be the central and neutral pivot that creates a safe environment and positive mindset, making returning to work a positive experience for both the employer and the employee.

Levers for a successful work resumption after burnout

Why is it that, despite all the focus on prevention and well-being, both privately and at work, more and more people are on long-term sick leave because of burnout? Isn’t it absurd that work can make you sick? Why do so many people get sick again, or why are so many people afraid of relapse when they return to work? How can you successfully return to work?
