Master Class Change Management

This Master Class is designed for both managers who want to initiate and/or steer and managers who want to coach and/or guide employees in change processes. Career level: middle management, professional & first line management, independents and consultants.

In previous editions we welcomed participants from Friesland Campina, KBC, Umicore, SD Worx, Colruyt, Eandis, Gemeentelijk Havenbedrijf, Argenta, Nationale Bank, Stad Antwerpen, Gemeentebestuur Oostende, Baloise Insurance, Cegeka, AXA Investment and Infrabel.

You will obtain the certificate ‘Master Class Change Management’ after successfully participating in the evaluation.

We only accept a limited number of candidates. We advise you to start the noncommittal application process as soon as possible. Registrations will be closed once the maximum capacity has been reached.
