You can either register for the full program or for one or more modules.

Module 1: Building an effective organization

Before you start changing, you need to know what your organization is like. What are the key characteristics? What design choices have been made in the past and why? What will be easy to change and what will not?

After following this module:

  • you can map the complex functionalities of an organization;
  • you will have insight into the formal and informal aspects of an organization;
  • you will be able to make a redesign of the organization;
  • you know how to formulate a change trajectory.

Module 2: Defining and implementing a strategic course

How do you start a change process? What challenges do you expect to encounter? Are all stakeholders on board? Is it clear to everyone what needs to be done and can they do it?

After following this module:

  • you know how to outline a change strategy;
  • you have a better view on the political aspects of change processes;
  • you can diagnose the motivation and power of stakeholders;
  • you will recognize the most important change challenges you have to be prepared for.

Module 3: Leading change

What are the concrete change interventions you need in order to progress? Who should take on which role in the change process? What is your role as a change manager and how can you lead all those involved through the entire process?
