Module 1: Defining the change project

Before you start, you need to know how your organization works and what makes it tick the way it does. What does the structure look like, and why? What will be easy to change and what will not?
During this module you will focus on:
- analysis of the situation 'as-is' versus '(desired) to-be';
- organizational structure and business model;
- organizational culture;
- organizational dynamics: motivating and engaging staff, and the importance of teamwork.
After following this module:
- you can map how complex organizations function;
- you will have better insight into the formal and informal aspects of an organization;
- you know how to formulate a change trajectory.
