Before you can get started with change processes, you need to know how your organization works: What are the main characteristics of your organization? Why is that? Where do we have room for improvement?
Module 2: Setting and sailing a strategic course (WHERE TO?)
What is the strategic direction of your organization? What needs to change in order to get there? Can you assess that upfront? And how do you make sure that all your employees move in the same direction?
Module 3: Leading change (HOW?)
What are the obstacles you need to overcome? What does the change process look like? How can your employees adjust to the challenges? And how do you improve your organization’s ability to change, so as to improve the success rate of future change projects?
