Why AMS?

LinC stands for connecting day-to-day practice with the new insights and experiences that you gain during the program.

This unique Flemish-Netherlands program aims to train and prepare a generation of "cultural leaders" for future challenges. The program accommodates 20 talented participants, 10 from the Netherlands and 10 from Flanders. The participants are already working within impactful positions, are motivated and bring several years of relevant work experience. The program consists of eight labs, covering various aspects of leadership in the cultural sector to further develop your leadership skills, exchange knowledge with other cultural leaders and expand your sector network.

This Master Class offers you:

  • topical findings and tools that can be put directly into practice;
  • the know-how to tackle complex management issues;
  • leverage to improve your own efficiency in policy and management;
  • faculty with both academic and practical experience and a great affinity with the cultural sector.

Start the application procedure

Every year we only accept a select amount of candidates. We advise you to start the noncommittal application process as soon as possible.
