This program is designed for leaders, producers, managers and entrepreneurs in the cultural sector, particularly in local cultural policy, the art sector (including applied arts), socio-cultural community work, the cultural heritage sector and creative industries.

This program is designed for leaders, producers, managers and entrepreneurs in the cultural sector, particularly in local cultural policy, the art sector (including applied arts), socio-cultural community work, the cultural heritage sector and creative industries.

Requirements

Criteria for admission will be determined by the program committee and the patrons. The following (soft) criteria already apply:

  • the ambition, passion and potential to realize change and innovation in the cultural sector;
  • the ability and willingness to free up time to follow the program and take part in the meetings;
  • the willingness to learn, to question opinions, positions and mental models and to expand your toolbox;
  • the willingness to put your own network, time and expertise at the disposal of the cultural sector in Flanders and the Netherlands;
  • the ambition to realize corporate and artistic innovations;
  • standing at a career crossroads.

Procedure

For this Low Countries edition of LinC, we will select twenty participants in total: ten from Flanders and ten from the Netherlands. The selection procedure takes into account varying hard and soft criteria, as well as the diversity of the group.
