Therefore, the sector is yearning for specialists who know this world inside out and know how to make thoughtful decisions that take their organization to a higher strategic level.

Students in the Air Transport Track will learn to understand all aspects of the aviation value chain. That way, as a brand-new alumnus, you are immediately employable in the niche of your choice. Our campus is just a few hours' drive from Europe's 4 largest airports - convenient for a visit! And our own country need not undercut, with an extensive ecosystem encompassing Brussels Airport and smaller airports shining a light on important niches, such as the smaller-scale transport chains, freight traffic from Liège, low-cost air travel from Charleroi and a thriving private jet business. Add to that the Brussels headquarters of some important governing bodies, like Eurocontrol and Airport Council International, and you will enjoy a huge diversity of experiences.

• Support from the University of Antwerp's official knowledge center

The Master in Air Transport Management was founded in 1996 by the University of Antwerp and was further optimized there over the years. In 2020, it was transferred as an advanced master’s to the partner school AMS, but the support of the umbrella expertise center C-MAT remained. Today, our students enjoy the know-how of 2 prestigious educational institutions.
