This Master Class is designed for HR professionals with minimum five years’ experience who want to deepen their knowledge and insights. This Master Class is a perfect fit if you recognize yourself in one of the following profiles:
- You have experience in (a subdomain of) HR and want to develop a broader perspective.
- You are an HR professional, but want to grow into a more strategic or coordinating role.
- You ended up in HR by chance and need a sound academic base and new insights.

Following the successful defence of your HR Challenge before a professional jury, you will receive the official certificate of Antwerp Management School. This certificate serves as a quality label within the field and symbolizes:
