Careers and career advice is a key part of your year at Antwerp Management School. As a business school, we put particular emphasis on involving businesses and organizations in the Career Management Service. Our career center has close ties to many Belgian and international organizations, including top headhunters, and gives you first-hand opportunities to meet your future employer. The Career Services at AMS will guide, support & inspire you as you embark on your career as a leader and land the job you want after your master’s degree. Throughout your year at AMS, you will have direct contact with employers and access to the most relevant and useful career advice as part of your 1-year career development track. You will have access to the most advanced HR tech tools, career resources and workshops to shape your career from the start.
Throughout the academic year, several activities will be organized at AMS by the Career Management Services which can inspire and help you in making a good career decision, including job interview trainings, career fairs, networking events, case evenings. Individual and peer coaching is offered to help you explore your talents, interests and needs, relate these to what companies offer in terms of jobs and career opportunities, and prepare yourself for job interviews and assessments.
