Master Class Start to Lead

This program is designed for young professionals who are either first-time managers or aspire to lead a team or group in the future.

• Junior and middle managers who want to develop their leadership skills.
  
• Professionals who have recently risen to a leadership position and want to prepare for the associated responsibilities.
  
• Professionals with 1-2 years of leadership experience who have not yet completed formal training and are striving to acquire essential leadership tools and techniques.
  
• Project managers and coordinators who assume leadership tasks in their role and want to deepen their leadership competencies.

• Step 2: You will receive a confirmation email.
• Step 3: We may contact you for a first introduction and to fine-tune your expectations about the program.

You will obtain the certificate ‘Master Class Start to Lead’ after successfully participating in the evaluation.

Every year we accept only a limited number of candidates. We advise you to start the noncommittal application process as soon as possible.
