Develop an effective sustainability strategy

To effectively address global social and environmental challenges, we need to move beyond sustainability management toward sustainable transformation. This course will help you develop and implement an effective sustainability strategy within your organization. You will learn how to apply systems thinking to global societal breakdowns and breakthroughs, get to know the dynamics of stakeholder management, practice defining purposeful goals and KPI’s for your sustainability strategy, and gain insights into change management and future resilience.
