This Master Class consists of two modules: during the first module you will learn to analyze and improve organizational structures, during the second module you will design and implement complex organizational structures. In addition, you will work in groups on your own case. We challenge you to share practical knowledge and experience and continuously test them against the theoretical insights presented.
