For the past 60 years Antwerp Management School has been at the forefront of innovation, transformation and entrepreneurship, always in the best interest of people and society. AMS celebrates its 60th anniversary with a four-day festival about the future. Contradictory as this may sound, it is completely in line with the baseline of AMS: “Opening minds to impact the world”. During the opening night on Wednesday 28 August, the audience was already given various mind openers to take home. With top guests such as Dries Van Noten, Winston Ma and Sindi Mabaso Koyana, you would expect nothing less.
Together with PwC, Antwerp Management School mapped out to what extent established companies and start-ups in Belgium work together and what plans they have for the future in that respect. This resulted in the very first Belgian Corporate Venturing Barometer 2019.
For the 3rd consecutive year we launched the SDG Student Ambassador Campaign and we set a new record. Nearly 100 students (almost half of our student base!) volunteered to become an ambassador for the SDGs by engaging in different projects.
The Master in Global Management from AMS is the 16th best International Management Program according to the Times Higher Education.
On 6 December the Times Higher Education (THE) published a new ranking for Masters in Management programs. THE is well known for its World Universities Rankings but has now also ranked the best pre-experience specialized Master’s degrees in the world.
